– *Delivery Time*: International delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 7-21 business days.
– *Customs and Import Taxes*: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes that may apply. Arka All Natural is not responsible for delays due to customs.

 Delivery Terms
– *Delivery Confirmation*: Upon shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.
– *Delivery Address*: Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete. Arka All Natural is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
– *Missed Delivery*: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the order reshipped.

Order Issues

– *Lost or Stolen Packages*: Arka All Natural is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier for further assistance.
– *Damaged Items*: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at arka.allnatural@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
